My work is underpinned by a commitment to self-fulfilment and growth. I am deeply invested in my clients' success and provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment for exploration.

My Specialism

My coaching is driven by the potential that neurodiversity and disability bring to businesses. As a leader with lived experiences of dyslexia and a long-term health condition, I have firsthand knowledge of the workplace challenges and the immense value that diverse minds offer.


I specialise in helping clients:

  • Discover how their differences can be their greatest professional strength.
  • Become inspiring and inclusive leaders by delivering authentically, not by fighting the mold.

I partner with clients to identify what is holding them back, develop clarity on their goals, and unlock their inner potential. My method combines deep listening, challenging questions, and a range of structured approaches to ensure fundamental, lasting change.

  • Civil Service Leadership: 20 years in the Civil Service, including extensive experience as a senior leader and project delivery professional.
